🎯 What You'll Do

• Own experimentation methodology and marketplace modeling for ranking
• Develop and scale statistical methods for ranking evaluation
• Translate ranking's technical complexity into cross-organizational insights
• Champion hypothesis-driven decision-making across the team

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in analytics or data science
• Strong statistical foundation with causal inference and experimentation
• Production-grade coding in SQL and Python
• Experience with machine-learning-powered applications
