🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver critical lines of code for complex AI projects
• Lead technical teams of Applied AI Engineers with mentorship
• Design and oversee fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic workflows
• Drive innovation by evaluating new AI tools and methodologies

📋 Requirements

• PhD or Master's in AI, ML, Computer Science, or related field
• 7/8+ years of experience in AI/ML with 2+ years in technical leadership
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver complex AI projects to production
• Deep expertise in fine-tuning LLMs, advanced RAG, and agentic systems

• Contributions to open-source projects in LLM or AI space
• Customer-facing roles like Solutions Architect or Customer Engineer
