💼 About This Role

You'll join a family-run industrial packaging and distribution group as a key finance partner to leadership. You'll own financial analysis, budgeting, and performance insights across multiple divisions. This role offers high visibility and real influence on business decisions in a no-politics culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own budget vs. actuals and variance analysis across all divisions.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and performance analysis.
• Partner with leadership to identify trends and surface actionable insights.
• Manage financial modeling and forecasting for multiple business units.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or FP&A.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in industrial distribution or product-based businesses.
• Exposure to inventory and COGS-heavy environments.
• CPA or in progress.
