Requirements

• MS or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science
• Strong foundations in statistics, optimization, and deep learning
• Proficiency with Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Familiarity with cloud ML workflows (AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Databricks)

Responsibilities

• Research and implement state-of-the-art ML and generative AI models
• Build prototypes for AI-powered product recommendations, personalization, and digital experiences
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to evaluate models for accuracy, fairness, and interpretability
• Contribute to scalable model deployment pipelines and experimentation frameworks
• Document findings, benchmarks, and insights for future iterations
