🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve agent infrastructure for scale and reliability
• Own ambiguous, high-stakes projects that impact the business
• Identify system gaps and build cases for technical strategy
• Set engineering standards through code review and design

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience
• Track record of leading complex projects
• Ability to turn vague problems into clear technical approaches
• Experience building systems that scaled

• Experience with voice AI or real-time systems
• Deep expertise in Python (Django/FastAPI) and TypeScript
