You will serve as a trusted People Business Partner, driving retention, performance management, and talent programs while coaching leaders and improving people operations processes. Requirements

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
• Strong foundation in performance management and talent development in fast-scaling environments
• Ability to build credibility with leaders, coach through change, and partner cross-functionally
• Proven ability to design, launch, and scale people programs with data focus
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution

Responsibilities

• Serve as People Business Partner for assigned department, using data to improve retention and address people risks
• Own end-to-end performance management lifecycle including reviews and talent planning
• Coach managers and senior leaders on performance, engagement, and decision-making
• Lead onboarding, off-boarding, and daily people needs as hands-on individual contributor
• Drive People Operations process improvement and program scaling for efficiency
