• Shoot and produce short-form content for paid social
• Lead full production process from brief to final cut
• Direct talent on set to capture engaging content
• Manage multiple shoots, budgets, and logistics

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience shooting short-form content for brands
• Proven ability to lead shoots end-to-end including talent direction
• Strong balance of creative vision and executional precision
• Ability to manage multiple briefs and production sets under pressure

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DSLR and phone shooting
• Knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends
• Background in agency or studio production
