Description

You will serve as a technical authority on IAM systems, leading pre-sales discovery and designing identity solutions on Okta's platform. You'll partner with customers to translate business needs into actionable strategies and collaborate with delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years IT/software development, solution design, and technical architecture experience
• 2+ years Okta implementation experience
• 3+ years consulting and application architecture design experience
• Experience with IAM architectures and identity use cases (HR driven, AD, SSO, SaaS)
• Knowledge of security protocols: LDAP, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, REST, JSON

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales discovery of functional and technical requirements for identity platform
• Document and mitigate technical risk with partners, customers, and engagement managers
• Support creation and review of services estimates for proposed solutions
• Develop co-delivery proposals and identify appropriate partners
• Drive New Product Introduction by training engagement managers and developing assets
