You'll join a forward-thinking law firm, advising clients on complex technology contracts, data protection, and cybersecurity projects. You'll work on high-profile matters for national and international clients. This role offers exposure to AI, SaaS, and regulatory compliance work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise technology suppliers and scale-ups on product launches and contracts
• Assist clients with technology procurement and project implementation
• Work on data protection audits, DPIAs, and international data transfers
• Support corporate transactions with commercial and data aspects

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Commercial, Technology and Data Solicitor with 2 years PQE+
• Exposure to a wide variety of commercial matters with focus on technology and data protection
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills with client relationship management
• Ability to work under pressure and forge lasting client relationships

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI and SaaS products
• Knowledge of Islamic Finance or Energy Infrastructure sectors
• Experience with data breach preparedness products
