You'll craft sharp, effective product and marketing copy for Zeely's AI marketing platform, shaping user experiences across product flows and lifecycle touchpoints. Your work will directly impact how over one million small businesses use AI tools to grow. This role combines product writing with marketing copy in a fast-scaling, remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write clear, effective product copy across web and mobile flows.
• Create interface copy, onboarding flows, and Help Center content.
• Improve lifecycle and CRM communications, including emails.
• Collaborate on marketing copy to support conversion and growth.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product writing or UX writing.
• Proven experience writing interface copy for web or mobile.
• Strong product thinking and ability to adapt tone across touchpoints.
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).

• Experience in SaaS, AI, MarTech, or high-growth environments.
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily writing workflows.
