You'll join the Sierra Maestro team to build the next generation omni-channel platform that bridges Voice, Messaging, and Email for highly personalized, data-driven customer interactions. You'll design core components and influence org-wide architectural decisions, working with multiple teams to deliver seamless, intelligent experiences. This role offers the chance to mentor engineers and engage with cutting-edge AI tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Product team to influence and improve product offering
• Design and build scalable, reliable Java and Go services on AWS
• Distill customer needs into requirements and technical specs
• Mentor engineers and share technical expertise

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience building high-scale cloud production systems
• Extensive experience with RESTful API design and development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related experience
• Experience with AWS or other public cloud providers
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building large-scale datastores on DynamoDB
• Experience with multi-regional systems
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
