💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with our CEO as a central sparring partner for strategic, technological, and operational topics in a highly innovative autonomous mobility company. You'll connect strategy with tech depth, ensuring complex initiatives in autonomous driving and AI are scaled effectively.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with CEO on strategic and operational topics in autonomous driving, software platforms, and AI systems
• Prepare, structure, and follow up decisions at company, tech, and leadership level
• Steer and coordinate strategic initiatives like product roadmaps, AD programs, partnerships, and go-to-market
• Act as interface between CEO, Engineering, Product, Strategy, and external stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in organizational development, strategy consulting, or similar role working with top management
• Several years of relevant experience in strategy, tech consulting, business operations, or product/tech roles
• Strong technical understanding of complex software systems, ideally autonomous driving, AI/ML, or platform architectures
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
