You'll be the first US BDR, building the GTM engine for Beam's AI-powered social impact tools like Magic Notes. You'll navigate complex public sector landscapes and partner with mission-driven non-profits to return thousands of hours to frontline staff. This is a career-defining opportunity to shape our US messaging and establish the playbook for future team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map high-potential government agencies and non-profits fitting the ICP
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video
• Qualify inbound interest and book Discovery Meetings for Account Executives
• Partner with AEs to build account-based strategies and iterate messaging

📋 Requirements

• Bias-to-action with relentless drive to hit phones and send messages
• High-energy communicator comfortable with senior government officials
• Experience in a metrics-driven BDR or competitive environment
• Mission-obsessed with curiosity about AI for social good
