Description

You will own and execute wire harness programs from engineering release through production readiness, developing manufacturing documentation and defining build processes to enhance quality, repeatability, and scalability.

Requirements

• Prior wire-harness experience strongly preferred
• Ability to independently execute defined programs and solve technical challenges
• Experience developing manufacturing documentation and processes
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing readiness for assigned harness programs from kickoff through release
• Develop engineering packages including work instructions, formboards, and tooling/fixture concepts
• Translate drawings, BOMs, and customer requirements into production-ready processes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet quality, schedule, and manufacturability expectations
• Define and refine manufacturing processes to improve build quality, consistency, and efficiency
