Requirements

• 10+ years of public company experience in FP&A roles
• 5+ years of demonstrated mastery in analytical and financial modeling skills
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a public or large company FP&A environment
• 5+ years of experience leading comprehensive budgeting and planning processes
• Expert proficiency in building and enhancing core FP&A tools and systems

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated budget and re-forecasting process, providing strategic insights to executive leadership
• Guide production of comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with trend and variance analysis
• Oversee development of cost allocation frameworks aligned with organizational operating model
• Lead internal finance process improvements and oversee financial planning systems and data integrity
• Manage corporate FP&A professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and professional growth
