You'll define and shape Robinhood's product design language as a Visual Designer on the Product Creative team. You'll work on high-impact product launches and the visual systems that power Robinhood's growing suite of products. This role is ideal for a highly experienced individual contributor who thrives on ownership and collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on visual direction and consistency.
• Design and evolve icons, color schemes, and UI components.
• Support high-impact product launches with visual craft and storytelling.
• Evolve internal design system to be AI-ready.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience designing scalable design systems.
• Deep expertise in visual design across typography, layout, color, composition.
• Strong communication skills to influence design decisions.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma.

• Experience with generative AI design tools (MidJourney, Lovable, etc.).
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.
