💼 About This Role

You'll drive new business and serve as a trusted advisor to executive teams in advancing a national Veterinary Insurance Program. Your contributions will directly impact growth and success by managing key relationships with large veterinary practice groups. Partner with CFOs and risk management to deliver tailored insurance solutions for multi-location practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and secure new national veterinary practice accounts through prospecting and networking.
• Lead presentations, proposals, and RFP responses for large, complex accounts.
• Serve as senior point of contact for key accounts, fostering long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
• Partner with practice administrators, CFOs, and risk management to deliver insurance solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or production.
• Proven track record writing complex, multi-state, multi-location accounts.
• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty lines and risk management principles.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
