You'll serve as the primary point of contact for Fortune 500 customers, troubleshooting network security issues and collaborating with Engineering and DevOps. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Be the primary point of contact for customer support and escalation cases
- Communicate status updates to customers regularly
- Troubleshoot issues and find workarounds
- Collaborate with peers, customers, Sales, and Customer Success
- Write technical notes and knowledge base entries
๐ Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience supporting large enterprise customers
- Strong TCP/IP knowledge
- Prior experience with network security technologies like Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO
- Experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows systems administration
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with DLP and Encryption gateways
- Prior Active Directory/LDAP experience
- Experience with ServiceCloud or other support portal tools
