You'll serve as the primary point of contact for Fortune 500 customers, troubleshooting network security issues and collaborating with Engineering and DevOps.   • Be the primary point of contact for customer support and escalation cases
  • Communicate status updates to customers regularly
  • Troubleshoot issues and find workarounds
  • Collaborate with peers, customers, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Write technical notes and knowledge base entries

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience supporting large enterprise customers
  • Strong TCP/IP knowledge
  • Prior experience with network security technologies like Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO
  • Experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows systems administration

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with DLP and Encryption gateways
  • Prior Active Directory/LDAP experience
  • Experience with ServiceCloud or other support portal tools
