You'll drive automated server assembly operations by optimizing manufacturing workflows for throughput and scalability. Your core impact will be identifying inefficiencies and implementing Lean and Six Sigma improvements across production lines. This role partners closely with operations, engineering, and quality teams to ensure precision and consistency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze automated assembly workflows and line balance.
• Evaluate cycle times, capacity, and quality metrics.
• Design equipment layouts for new or modified lines.
• Lead Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
• Experience with automated assembly or robotics manufacturing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Knowledge of PLCs or automation software.
