You'll own the activation and growth of creator and cultural partnership ecosystem at Polymarket. You'll ensure partnerships translate into real audience reach and measurable outcomes. This role is for someone who lives in culture and understands how attention moves across platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with creator and cultural partners.
• Develop creative concepts that turn partnership rights into culturally resonant moments.
• Build distribution strategy to amplify partnership content across channels.
• Track performance using KPIs and iterate based on results.

📋 Requirements

• Experience managing creator or influencer partnerships end-to-end.
• Deep fluency in how content travels across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram.
• Strong creative instincts with a track record of culturally native activations.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience at a creator platform, media company, or talent agency.
• Existing relationships in the creator, podcast, or entertainment space.
• Familiarity with prediction markets, crypto, or fintech audiences.
