💼 About This Role

You'll be the face of Carvana at our facility, ensuring proper protocols for entry and exit while protecting associates, customers, and assets. You'll manage gate operations, conduct patrols, and support emergency procedures. This role offers hands-on experience with a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and document vehicle movement at entrance and exit gates.
• Conduct routine patrols of facility yard and buildings.
• Partner with team to handle badge creation and CCTV review.
• Execute facility Safe and Secure Principles at entrances/exits.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, and Card Access technology
• Previous experience supporting an OSHA program
• Experience supporting crisis prevention or response plans
