Description

As a Senior Data Analyst II, Growth Analytics at MongoDB, you will drive revenue analysis and support the Growth team's Expansion Squad by identifying key drivers of customer conversion, expansion, and contraction. You'll build automated analytical pipelines, develop reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize growth strategies. This role is highly visible and directly influences executive-level decisions on customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in highly technical, quantitative roles
• Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Statistics, Data Science, or related field strongly preferred
• Strong skills in SQL and Python or R, with ability to automate workflows
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methods
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences

• Support Growth team's Expansion Squad with growth tactics and experimentation
• Develop and maintain revenue analysis and reporting across multiple metrics
• Automate analytical pipelines and maintain certified data codebases
• Continuously learn about product, user ecosystem, and industry best practices
• Support Lead Flow initiatives to drive MQL pipeline efficiency
