🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan PV system configurations based on site conditions
• Measure, cut, and assemble support structures for panels
• Install solar modules and connect to electrical systems
• Commission, test, and perform routine PV system maintenance

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License (non-negotiable)
• 1-3 years of prior Solar Installation experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
