💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the critical interface between customers and laboratory testing operations, applying technical knowledge to guide them toward the right solutions. You'll support customers throughout the lifecycle of a test program, from interpreting requirements to ensuring a high-quality experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Educate customers on testing services and recommend courses of action.
• Review and interpret testing standards, specifications, and drawings.
• Develop cost estimates and proposals for testing services.
• Conduct on-site customer tours and explain lab capabilities.

📋 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher in a science or technology field.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience with substantial written communication.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in a hard science (e.g., Chemistry, Biology).
• Experience in a laboratory, testing, or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with national/international testing standards (ASTM, ISO).
