You'll partner with C-level executives to solve behavioral business challenges using AI-driven insights and behavioral science in a hybrid role based in Austin. Your work will directly impact enterprise clients' performance and retention.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep discovery to identify client needs and align solutions.
• Design and present tailored solutions using behavioral science.
• Partner with customer success to analyze impact and drive retention.
• Manage multiple client deliverables and cross-functional projects.

📋 Requirements

• M.A. with 7+ years consulting/business experience, or PhD with 5+ years.
• Domain expertise in behavioral science and HR (Talent Development, L&D).
• Presentation skills for large audiences and executives.
• Experience with C-level stakeholder engagement.
