Description

As a Junior Business Travel Consultant, you will serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and bookings related to flights and transportation, handling requests via phone, chat, and email. You'll work with a supportive team, gradually tackling more complex cases, while enjoying flexible work options in Munich or remotely across Germany.

Requirements

• Completed tourism training, comparable degree, or equivalent customer service qualification
• First experience with Amadeus, Farelogix SPRK, or similar booking tools preferred
• Familiarity with project management and communication tools like Zendesk, Slack, Notion
• Clear communication skills, very good German and good English
• Reliable, solution-oriented, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, changes, and cancellations via phone, chat, and email
• Provide competent support for the Lanes & Planes travel tool
• Collaborate with the team to find solutions for customer requests
• Perform back-office tasks such as creating and modifying bookings
• Ensure high customer orientation and professional communication
