🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize campaigns and budgets.
• Use recommendation systems and clustering to improve paid search effectiveness.
• Design and analyze A/B tests using causal inference to measure ROI.
• Work with Data Engineering to build scalable data pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Data Scientist with performance marketing in B2C.
• Knowledge of bidding, incrementality, and attribution.
• Skilled in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong coding skills in SQL and Python.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with causal inference techniques (e.g., geo-lift testing, synthetic control).
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Looker.
• Knowledge of data orchestration tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow).
