You'll own the full demand generation funnel for institutional crypto trading technology, targeting buyers at global banks, asset managers, and brokers. You'll build programs from scratch, run ABM and multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with sales to deliver qualified pipeline. This role offers high agency without an established playbook. No marketing fluff.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end demand generation programs for ICP segments.
• Build and run account-based marketing plays for named accounts.
• Own execution across paid social, email, and automation workflows.
• Develop nurture sequences using behavioral signals and segmentation.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in fintech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of building ABM programs from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytical skills interpreting pipeline metrics and attribution.

• Experience in crypto or digital asset markets.
• Familiarity with institutional sales cycles and buyer personas.
