You'll serve as a trusted consultant guiding Oklahoma school districts through IXL implementation, partnering with leaders to create tailored professional development plans. Your work will directly impact student learning outcomes through data-driven strategy and relationship building. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large districts
• Create and execute professional development plans with district leaders
• Build relationships with key stakeholders including teachers and principals
• Deliver live and virtual PD sessions to drive engagement

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings
• School or district administrator experience or extensive PD delivery to leaders
• Experience leading district instructional initiatives or curriculum adoption
