Description

In this role, you will provide hands-on technical leadership across multiple teams, designing and evolving event-driven architectures and agentic AI–driven workflows. You'll own core framework components and define domain models to keep systems loosely coupled and vendor-agnostic, while driving engineering standards and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and documentation of products and subsystems, setting technical direction.
• Provide hands-on leadership on complex platform areas, pairing with teams to unblock hard problems.
• Own core framework components such as workflow engine, rules engine, and event-driven orchestration layer.
• Define and evolve event-driven architectures supporting real-time decisioning and auditability.
• Drive engineering standards, tooling, and processes including code quality, testing, observability, and security.
