Description

In this role, you will shape Payoneer's growth strategy in Pakistan, driving customer acquisition and market expansion across new verticals and partnerships. You'll act as the face of the company locally, collaborating with global teams to execute business development initiatives and unlock growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven track record in business growth strategy in a leadership role
• Experience in sales/business development in payments, digital marketing, e-commerce, or cross-border logistics
• Strong understanding of Pakistan market and industry trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement country growth strategy aligned with global plan
• Drive customer performance and growth targets across product lines
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and solutions in Pakistan
• Lead market expansion into new verticals and larger enterprise customers
• Represent Payoneer at events, in media, and on social networks in Pakistan
