🎯 What You'll Do

• Design motion ads, static visuals, trailers, and app store creatives.
• Develop adaptable creative concepts for different game genres and platforms.
• Iterate creatives based on performance data and A/B testing results.
• Optimize App Store and Google Play assets to improve conversion rates.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing design or motion graphics.
• Experience creating high-performing UA ads and ASO assets.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
• Understanding of performance marketing and user acquisition strategies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender.
• Experience in the mobile gaming industry.
