You will run the local Carvana hub, overseeing market launch, operations, logistics, consumer branding, and team effectiveness. You'll develop a team of Customer Advocates, monitor performance, and proactively solve operational challenges to ensure ongoing market success.

Responsibilities

• Manage local hub operations including launch, logistics, and consumer branding
• Interview, onboard, and train a team of Customer Advocates
• Provide feedback, conduct performance check-ins, and set development goals
• Recognize individual and team accomplishments through creative recognition methods
• Generate and monitor regular reports for upper management
