Description

You will support planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. You'll gain hands-on experience in social media while expanding into multi-channel media strategy within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising
• Foundational understanding of paid social and integrated digital channels
• Experience with social ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit)
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and recommendations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Mediaocean, and analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns
• Support digital media planning with research and audience insights
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with regulatory guidelines
• Assist in managing campaign budgets and vendor invoicing
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and insights
