💼 About This Role

You'll manage key accounts in the South Region, driving sell-in and sell-through for premium cycling brands like Santa Cruz, Cervélo, and Cannondale. Your core impact will be building strong dealer relationships and maximizing brand visibility in stores. This role offers a staff bike annually and a supportive team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers in the South Region.
  • Drive sell-in and sell-through of cycling brands.
  • Identify and act on field sales opportunities.
  • Represent the company professionally in dealer visits.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales target achievement (cycling, outdoor, or sporting goods preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport and trust.
  • Strong self-motivation to work independently on the road.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
