You will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for concert goers by screening guests, scanning tickets, checking credentials, and managing crowd control. You'll provide customer service, enforce venue policies, and assist during emergencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Check IDs and wrist band patrons over 21
• Greet guests and resolve complaints
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption
• Enforce venue policies and procedures
• Perform credential checks in restricted areas
