You'll build client relationships and achieve store goals through product education and community connection. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive and exceed sales goals through ALO's Flow initiatives
• Engage customers and provide a friendly shopping environment
• Build client relationships daily
• Assist with shipment processing and visual merchandising

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift
