You'll be a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, aligning on business objectives and setting up key workflows. This role requires building trust quickly and pivoting from strategic to tactical.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop relationships with senior customer stakeholders
  • Provide expert consultation and training on early talent
  • Leverage data to inform recruiting strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales and Product

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience translating business needs into software solutions
  • Willingness to travel ~10% for customer meetings
