You'll be a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, aligning on business objectives and setting up key workflows. This role requires building trust quickly and pivoting from strategic to tactical.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- Provide expert consultation and training on early talent
- Leverage data to inform recruiting strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales and Product
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience translating business needs into software solutions
- Willingness to travel ~10% for customer meetings
