Description

In this role, you will advise top management on digital transformation programs in manufacturing using SAP S/4HANA, from vision to global implementation. You will strategically shape clients' future production planning by digitalizing forecast-to-fulfill processes and integrating intelligent demand and production planning. You will also develop consultancy portfolios, create custom offers, and lead talent acquisition and development.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in strategy or management consulting and/or leadership roles in SAP-driven transformation programs
• In-depth knowledge of complex forecast-to-fulfill processes with SAP Production Planning Manufacturing (PP)
• Strong go-to-market DNA and resilient network at CxO/decision-maker level
• Dynamic leadership with growth focus and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent German and English skills
