You will be the first point of contact for Lightspeed's hospitality customers, providing support via phone, chat, and email. You'll troubleshoot issues, resolve customer problems, and collaborate with global teams to improve products and services.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or technical support experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written French and English communication skills
- Basic experience with iOS, Android, OSX, Windows
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends

- Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve hospitality customer issues
- Document interactions and track resolutions
- Escalate product issues to Quality Assurance team
