You'll own strategic client accounts and drive revenue growth through upselling. You'll serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product development.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts with retention and revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer goals
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead renewals and commercial negotiations for long-term value
๐ Requirements
- B2B Account Management experience in gift card/rewards or SaaS/fintech
- Revenue growth track record with key accounts exceeding targets
- Commercial negotiation skills with senior stakeholder influence
- Technical product comfort translating complex concepts into customer value

- Experience with API onboarding and integrations
- Data-driven mindset with performance analysis skills
- Knowledge of the gift card or rewards industry
