You'll own strategic client accounts and drive revenue growth through upselling. You'll serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product development.

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts with retention and revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer goals
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead renewals and commercial negotiations for long-term value

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • B2B Account Management experience in gift card/rewards or SaaS/fintech
  • Revenue growth track record with key accounts exceeding targets
  • Commercial negotiation skills with senior stakeholder influence
  • Technical product comfort translating complex concepts into customer value

  • Experience with API onboarding and integrations
  • Data-driven mindset with performance analysis skills
