💼 About This Role

You'll lead AI-driven development as the founding engineer of a new team building tools to accelerate the entire SDLC. Your core impact is designing AI agents and automation that boost engineering velocity across the organization. This team replicates rapid innovation, having built an AI product from ideation to production in 3 months.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy AI agents to accelerate SDLC phases from code generation to monitoring.
• Evaluate cutting-edge AI and automation tooling to continuously improve development quality and velocity.
• Partner with engineers across teams to identify friction and drive adoption of AI-powered tools.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack programming background with Go, Python, JavaScript or similar.
• Proven experience in developer experience, developer tooling, or platform engineering role.
• Ability to design systems end-to-end and identify systemic inefficiencies across engineering and product.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with containers and deployment with ECS and Terraform.
• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
