💼 About This Role

You'll own VEIR's cable systems product area, translating data center power delivery requirements into product specifications. You'll drive NPI execution and certification for low-voltage and medium-voltage cable assemblies. This role sits at the intersection of electrical engineering, systems architecture, and commercial deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and maintain technical specifications for cable systems.
• Lead NPI stage-gate execution from concept through commercial readiness.
• Partner with engineering teams to optimize designs for performance and manufacturability.
• Drive UL and relevant certification activities with third-party labs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years combined experience in electrical engineering and hardware product management.
• Deep knowledge of low-voltage power distribution hardware (cables, busbars, connectors).
• Experience managing NPI stage-gate lifecycles for physical hardware.

• Medium-voltage power distribution experience.
• Familiarity with data center power electronics ecosystem.
