Description

In this role, you'll target and close new business with innovative companies, nurturing inbound leads and prospecting into select accounts. You'll drive the full sales cycle and become an expert in CockroachDB's capabilities.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years selling enterprise solutions
  • Demonstrated success in software sales within database ecosystem or adjacent technologies
  • Experience leading large, complex sales cycles with Fortune 500 C-Level
  • Consultative, value-based selling approach for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments

Responsibilities

  • Close new logos and expand existing business within assigned territory
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Maintain relationship maps for territory
  • Lead product presentations to c-level executives and individual contributors
  • Provide timely forecasts and pipeline visibility
