You'll lead DoD financial management certification initiatives for the Department of the Air Force, providing expertise on the DFMCP program. Your work will directly support mission-critical efforts at the Pentagon.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as Lead Component Administrator for DAF FM certification
• Track certification and continuing education status across DAF
• Assist command and field level CAs with policy implementation
• Develop metrics and report workforce development results

📋 Requirements

• 10 years supporting DoD financial management
• 4 years as Lead Component Administrator within last 5 years
• 5 years in course-to-competency mapping for DFMCP
• Knowledge of DoDI 1300.26 and AFI 65-117

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of NDAA 2012
• Familiarity with DoD 7000.14-R
• Experience with SharePoint and Teams for content management
