You'll join the Duolingo Monetization team to build AI systems that improve learning and drive business, deploying bandit models to balance revenue and retention. Your research will directly impact half a billion learners worldwide. Collaborate with a full-stack team and help shape strategic product decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to training bandit models and large-scale neural networks.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI research engineer in LLMs, bandits, or related fields.
• Strong background in training and fine-tuning large models in applied settings.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with ML/AI focus.
• Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
