💼 About This Role

You'll act as the bridge between our AI and customers, jumping into chats when a human touch is needed to close a sale. You'll use those insights to make the AI even smarter and drive conversions. You'll also collaborate with Marketing and Analytics to keep automated messages on-brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take over high-priority calls when AI reaches its limit.
• Write and refine AI prompts and scripts.
• Analyze customer interactions to identify friction points.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics on message optimization.

📋 Requirements

• Sales closing skills with ability to handle objections.
• Comfortable tweaking AI behavior without coding.
• Problem-solving mindset with data analysis skills.
• Ability to switch between sales and strategy modes.
