💼 About This Role

You'll lead finance operations for a high-growth, AI-powered SME insurance scale-up backed by Accel and Munich Re Ventures. You'll own accounting, FP&A, investor relations, and AI-driven automation across European markets. This role offers direct partnership with the CEO and the chance to shape the financial future of a category-defining company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own accounting, cash management, tax, compliance, and business partnering
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and business reviews with leadership
• Prepare board materials, investor decks, and strategic narratives
• Implement AI-driven automation across finance processes

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in finance combining Big 4/transaction advisory with operational experience
• Proven storyteller building compelling investor narratives from scratch
• Technically self-sufficient generating reports from raw data and using AI/automation
• Experience leading financial planning, external financing rounds, and investor relations at a high-growth company

• Master's degree in Corporate Finance or Economics with RA/CFA
• Dutch language fluency
