You'll join Marcus & Millichap's Sacramento team as a commissioned sales professional focusing on office and industrial investment properties. This 100% commission, 1099 role offers unlimited earnings potential within a collaborative environment. You'll build your business through client outreach, property analysis, and relationship networking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct new business development via client outreach and cold calls
• Advise clients on investment real estate goals including valuation and acquisitions
• Prepare Broker Opinions of Value and market comparables
• Negotiate listing agreements, Letters of Intent, and Purchase & Sale Agreements
