Description

As a new grad engineer at Stripe, you'll own projects end-to-end, build reliable systems that scale, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role offers a middle ground between startup and multinational environments, with strong mentorship and opportunities to learn project management and technical leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience) by summer 2026
• Some programming experience through side projects or classwork
• Experience with collaborative coding projects (internships or university)
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems through independent research and mentorship

Responsibilities

• Work on cross-functional projects, directly collaborating with other engineers
• Give meaningful feedback on code reviews and technical designs
• Ensure that the systems your team operates continue running well and can scale
• Build skills to own a project from beginning to end, learning project management and technical leadership
